Not many scientists can offer their inventions to the world. You might be very famous, or might have invented something that really benefits humankind, but your invention might hurt the interests of many businessmen. Nicholas Tesla's inventions are still used by some people today, but when he was alive, he was rejected and almost persecuted. So he lived in hiding and tried to do his best in his own capacity and with minimal finances. That is why to the very end of his life, he still could not realize his ideas. Had they been realized, many companies would have had to declare bankruptcy. So they found ways to do away with him.
Sometimes we blame God for making our lives miserable here. We blame Hirm for the inconveniences and high electric bills, and we complain why God does not send some geniuses to come and help us. Yet, when Hes does send them, we strike them down, abuse their powers, make life miserable for them, destroy their property and talents, and make things very difficult for them.
Jesus Christ came down and was persecuted by the people. The Buddha came down and was slandered by many, so it was very difficult for Him to accomplish His work. We should not blame God anymore. We must do what is within our power to help speed up the evolution of humankind and of ourselves.
