Bathing
in God’s Ocean of Love

On July 25, Golden Year 3 (2006), a number
of initiates from Sweden went to Rejkevik, the capital city of Iceland,
to share God’s love and Hiers message of Alternate Living.
Iceland is the world’s largest volcanic
island; however, it is home to a mere population of 300,000. It is very
mountainous and the natural scenery gives people a feeling of great comfort
and security.
With
the devoted help of local initiates and their family members, 20,000 Alternative
Living flyers and 200 sample booklets were distributed within five days.
Due to the strong wind and rainy weather, local people were rarely walking
outdoors; therefore a large number of flyers were distributed by placing
them in mail boxes in front of apartments and houses. Many apartment buildings
allowed the display of free sample booklets at the reception desk for
everyone to view. We were also able to supply the local hospital’s
lobby with flyers and free sample booklets.
Initiates also went to the most popular
tourist resort in Iceland, the Blue Lagoon, to share the Alternative Living
message with visitors as well as local inhabitants. Blue Lagoon is known
as the most so-called supernatural-looking body of water on Earth and
is famous for its geothermal seawater spa. We believe that those who received
Master’s flyers there are the most fortunate people in the world,
in being able to bathe in the waters of God’s love.
The
people in Iceland were very friendly, and they usually read the flyers
thoroughly upon receiving them. Even children were very curious and wanted
to have their own flyer to read. One handicapped person waited right in
front of his door to get the flyer, and after reading it said that he
would visit the websites to learn more. Even people who were already vegetarian
inquired about further contact details.
On behalf of Iceland, we are thankful
for Master’s love and concern towards this island country of warmhearted
people. We are also thankful for Her care and blessing bestowed upon us
during the entire period of working there!
