    <li>Vặn lò 350 ˚ F. </li>
    <li>Cho chút dầu vào khuôn 9 x 11 inches, rắc chút bột cho khỏi dính.</li>
    <li>Trộn đều bột mì, bột nổi, baking soda, quế, và bột làm bánh bí đỏ vào 
    một tô vừa, để một bên.</li>
    <li>Dùng máy đánh dầu và đường trong một tô lớn với vận tốc chậm, đổ thêm 
    nước và sữa đậu nành, đánh đều.</li>
    <li>Cho hỗn hợp bột vào từ từ, đánh với vận tốc chậm cho đến khi bột mềm, 
    sau đó đánh với vận tốc vừa cho đến khi mịn, khoảng 2 phút.</li>
    <li>Dùng đũa tre trộn cà-rốt, đậu bồ-đào, và nho khô cho đều.</li>
    <li>Cho hỗn hợp vào khuôn.</li>
    <li>Nướng khoảng 1 tiếng. </li>
    <li>Bí quyết: Nướng bánh khi chín vẫn còn độ mềm nhưng không bị sống ở giữa. 
    Dùng tăm ghim vào giữa bánh, khi rút tăm ra không bị dính bột là bánh chín.</li>
    <li>Lấy bánh ra khỏi lò, để nguội.</font></li>

    <li>Rắc đậu bồ-đào chung quanh bánh.</font></li>
