                          Ingredients: 
                          
                            
                            
                            
                            ½ cup
                            
                            vegetarian meat paste**
                            
                            
                            1
                            silken 
                            tofu*
                            
                            
                            6-8 
                            ears dried shiitake mushroom*
                            
                            
                            3 
                            stalks cilantro 
                          
                          
                          III.     Seasonings: 
                          
                          
                          
                          ½ 
                          teaspoon salt
                          
                          
                          1 
                          teaspoon sugar
                          
                          
                          Some Maggie 
                          soy sauce*
                          
                          
                          1 
                          teaspoon vegetarian 
                          seasoning*
                          
                          
                          ½ Tablespoon 
                          cornstarch 
                        *      Cooking oil is not necessary here, because 
                        vegetarian meat paste contains oil. 
                        
                        
                        IV.     
                        
                        
                        Directions: 
                          
                          
                          
                          Thaw the 
                          vegetarian meat paste. Set aside.
                          
                          
                          Soak dried 
                          shiitake mushrooms in water until soft. Remove stem and  
                          dice.
                          
                          
                          Wash and mince 
                          cilantro.
                          
                          
                          Mash tofu and 
                          mix with vegetarian meat paste and diced mushrooms. Place the 
                          tofu mixture 
                          with cilantro in a plate and steam 
                          on high heat for 10 minutes. 
                        
                        *       The leftover vegetarian meat paste can be stored in 
                        the freezer.
