I.      Recipe name: Crispy Vegetable Tofu Cake

II.      Ingredients:

1 package VegeFarm* Assorted Vegetables and Tofu Mix

III.      Seasonings:

Pinch of lemon grass salt

IV.      Directions:

Preheat the cooking oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the Assorted Vegetables and Tofu Mix until light golden brown. Sprinkle the lemon grass salt on top and serve.
