Tomato Vegetable Tofu Casserole

 I.      Recipe name: Tomato Vegetable Tofu Casserole

II.      Ingredients:

  1. 1 package VegeFarm** Assorted Vegetables and Tofu Mix
  2. 2 tomatoes
  3. 1 slice ginger
  4. Some mixed vegetables

III.      Seasonings:

  1. 2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
  2. ¼ teaspoon salt
  3. 1 Tablespoon sugar
  4. ¼ teaspoon vegetarian seasoning*
  5. A few drops Maggi soy sauce*

IV.      Starch solution: 1 teaspoon cornstarch* or chestnut powder*, 1 Tablespoon water

V.      Directions:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into 8 wedges each.
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon cooking oil to a frying pan. When the oil is hot, sauté ginger until fragrant.   
  3. Add in the tomato wedges and the Assorted Vegetables and Tofu Mix. Stir-fry until well mixed.
  4. Then add some water, mixed vegetable, all the seasonings ingredients, and stir well.
  5. Stir in the starch solution and serve.
