Kirin Eggplants In White Sauce


 I.     Recipe name: Kirin Eggplants In White Sauce   

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 2 medium size Japanese eggplants

  2. 10 small pieces veggie meat pattie**

III.      Sauce ingredients:

  1. 1 piece cheese

  2. 2 Tablespoons coconut powder*

  3. 2 Tablespoons unsweeten condensed milk

  4. Cook the above sauce ingredients in 150ml water until all melted and mixed

IV.     Directions:

  1. Cut 1/5 of each eggplant length evenly in half (not through), place 1 veggie meat pattie in between.

  2. Bake for 5 minutes.

  3. Cook the sauce with cornstarch to even, then pour over the eggplants and serve.
