Asparagus with Lily


I.     Recipe name: Asparagus With Lily

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 1 package fresh lily bulb*

  2. 1 package (2 bundles) baby asparagus

  3. 1 package Haixuan mushroom** (may also use Songrong mushrooms** or Ling Zhi mushrooms**)

III.     Sauce ingredients:

  1. ½  teaspoon salt

  2. Pinch black pepper

  3. ½ teaspoon sugar

  4. 1 Tablespoon water

IV.     Directions:

  1. Wash the lily bulb one petal at a time. Wash the asparagus and cut each asparagus into 2-3 pieces. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stem.

  2. Preheat the cooking oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the mushrooms and asparagus for few minutes.

  3. Add in lily bulbs and the sauce ingredients. Stir well and serve.
