Xinan Veggie Duck


 I.   Recipe name: Xinan Veggie Duck

II.   Ingredients:

  1. 1 veggie duck**

III.   Sauce ingredients:

  1. Juice of 1 lemon

  2. A small piece rock sugar*

  3. 1 Tablespoon white vinegar

  4. 2 Tablespoons water

  5. Dash of baking powder (optional)

IV.   Directions:

  1. Fry the veggie duck in a non-stick frying pan until both sides turn golden brown.

  2. Bring the sauce ingredients in a boil, then pour it on top of the fried veggie duck. Serve.
