Pan-Fried Vegetarian Fish

 

I.     Recipe name: Pan-Fried Vegetarian Fish

II.      Ingredients:

  1. 1 frozen vegetarian fish*

III.      Seasonings: Tarter sauce

  1. 5  Tablespoons plain yogurt

  2. 2  Tablespoons condensed milk

  3. Pinch of salt

  4. A few drops of lemon juice

IV.      Directions:

  1. Thaw the frozen vegetarian fish, then cut into thick slices.

  2. Pan-fry the vegetarian fish slices until golden brown.

  3. Serve the dish with tarter sauce on the side.

Note * Available in Asian markets or most vegetarian food stores.
