Ginger Chinese Kale


I.     Recipe name: Ginger Chinese Kale

II.   Ingredients:

  1. ½  pound Chinese kale*

  2. 1 large ginger, minced

III.   Seasonings:

  1. 5 Tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. ½ teaspoon salt

  3. 4 teaspoons brown sugar

  4. 2 Tablespoons soy sauce

  5. 1 Tablespoon sesame oil

IV.   Directions:

  1. Cook the Chinese kale in a pot of boiling water until it's tender and drain. Arrange the Chinese kale on a plate.

  2. Sauté minced ginger in heated oil  then stir in all the seasonings.

  3. Pour the seasoning sauce on top of cooked Chinese kale.
