Stir-Fried Veggie Meat with Vegetables
 

 

I.      Recipe name: Stir-Fried Veggie Meat with Vegetables

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 5 dried black fungus*, soak in water until soft, washed and sautéed

  2. 1 head cauliflower, cut the florets apart

  3. 1 squash*, peel off the firm skin, cut diagonally

  4. 2 stalks celery,  cut off the firm part, cut into sections and stir-fried

  5. ½ carrot, cut into small pieces and stir-fried

  6. 100g vegetarian chicken**, diced

  7. Some raisins and nuts

  8. 2 small slices ginger, sautéed

III.     Seasonings:

  1. 1 teaspoon salt

  2. 3 teaspoons water

  3. ½ teaspoon sesame oil 

  4. ½ teaspoon each of sugar, beans starch, and fruit seasoning

IV.     Cooking utensils:

  1. Non-stick wok

V.     Directions:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients as listed above.

  2. Mix all seasoning ingredients well.

  3. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan, sauté ginger, add the first 6 ingredients, and stir-fry. Then add the seasoning mixture, and stir well. Sprinkle raisins and nuts. Serve.
