Tri-Colored Vegetables With Veggie Meat


I.     Recipe name: Tri-Colored Vegetables with Veggie Meat 

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 100g vegetarian ham*

  2. 2 potatoes

  3. 1 carrot

  4. ½  head broccoli

  5. 50g shredded cheese

III.     Seasonings:

  1. A pinch of salt 

  2. 3 slices of ginger

IV.     Directions:

  1. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes.

  2. Heating the cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté ginger.

  3. Add vegetarian ham, potatoes, and carrots. Stir-fry for few minutes. Then add salt and 1 cup water. Cook with a lid covered until all the ingredients become slightly soft.

  4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry until the color turns bright green. Add cheese and remove from heat. Transfer the vegetables to a plate.

  5. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and serve.

  6. Features: colorful, hearty, rich in nutrition.
