Vegetarian Pizza

 

I.     Recipe name: Vegetarian Pizza

II.     Crust ingredients:

  1. 200g all-purpose flour

  2. 1 teaspoon sugar

  3. 1 teaspoon salt

  4. 2 Tablespoons oil

  5. ¾ Tablespoon dried yeast

  6. 120g warm water

III.     Topping ingredients:

  1. Veggie ham*, sliced
  2. bell pepper, washed, seeded, stem removed, and diced
  3. mushrooms, diced
  4. pineapples, diced (optional)

IV.     Directions:

  1. Mix all the crust ingredients together. Knead the flour mixture into a dough and cover it with a wet cloth for ½ hour.

  2. With a rolling pin, roll the raised dough into a thin crust. Brush the crust with some olive oil and put the crust on a baking pan.

  3. Cover the crust with a wet cloth for ½ hour again.

  4. Spread tomato sauce on crust, then arrange veggie ham, bell peppers, mushrooms, and pineapples on the crust.

  5. Preheat oven on 220 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 10 more minutes. Serve.

  7. The total baking time is 25 minutes.
