Fried Potatoes With Baby Kelp

I.     Recipe name: Fried Potatoes With Baby Kelp

II.     Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tablespoons baby kelp**
  2. 2 potatoes
  3. 2 Tablespoons mixed vegetables
  4. 1 slice ginger

III.     Seasonings:

  1. ¼ teaspoon salt
  2. 1 teaspoon sugar
  3. 1 Tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce*
  4. A dash of sesame oil

IV.     Directions:

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Wash the baby kelp and the mixed vegetables; drain and put aside.

  2. Add 1 Tablespoon cooking oil to a frying pan. When the oil is hot, sauté ginger on high heat. Add in the potato cubes and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add some water, baby kelps, mixed vegetables and all the seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Transfer the fried potatoes onto a plate and sprinkle the sesame oil on top. Serve.

* You may also add in vegetarian seasoned beef.
