    Fried Potatoes With Baby Kelp

    Ingredients:

    2 Tablespoons 
    baby kelp**

    2 potatoes
      
- 
    
    2 Tablespoons 
    mixed vegetables
      
- 
    
    1 
    slice ginger
      
 
  
  
    
      - 
    ¼ 
    teaspoon salt
      
- 
    1 teaspoon sugar
      
- 
    1 Tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce*
- 
    A dash of sesame oil
      
 
  
  
  IV.     Directions:
  
    - 
  
  
  Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Wash the baby kelp and the mixed 
  vegetables; drain and put aside. 
- 
  
  
  Add 1 Tablespoon cooking oil to a frying pan. When the oil is hot, sauté 
  ginger on high heat. Add in the potato cubes and stir-fry for 1 minute. 
- 
  
  
  Add some water, baby kelps, mixed vegetables and all the seasonings. Cook for 
  2 minutes and remove from heat. Transfer the fried potatoes onto a plate and 
  sprinkle the sesame oil on top. Serve.
