Coco Banana Roll 


  • 1 banana

  • 3 spring-roll sheets

  • Dash of coco powder

  • Dash of cooking oil


  1. Cut the banana into 3 sections, wrapped each section with spring-roll sheet.
  2. Heating the oil until it is about 212 degree Fahrenheit.
  3. Fry the banana rolls until golden brown.
  4. Arrange the banana rolls on the plate, sprinkle the coco powder, and serve when it is still hot. It tastes better when the roll is crispy.
